Welcome to Farmitra — a digital agriculture platform and product of Aliyar Greens Private Limited (“we”, “us”, or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Farmitra mobile application (Android & iOS), website, and all associated services (“the App”). By accessing or using any Farmitra service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before using our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, accessing, or using Farmitra on mobile or web, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you disagree with any part of the Terms, you must immediately discontinue using the App.

2. Account Registration & Responsibilities

• Accuracy: Provide correct, updated, and complete details during registration.
• Confidentiality: You are responsible for maintaining the secrecy of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
• Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old or use the App under guardian supervision.
• Mobile Use: Using the Farmitra App on mobile devices also binds you to Play Store / App Store terms and network operator policies.

3. Permitted Use & Restrictions

Farmitra is designed to assist farmers, experts, and partners for agricultural purposes only. You agree not to misuse the platform or engage in activities that harm its integrity, such as:

• Reverse-engineering, duplicating, or redistributing the App or its content.
• Interfering with security features, servers, or data flow.
• Uploading malware, harmful code, or unauthorized advertisements.
• Using bots, scripts, or automation tools to extract data.

4. Data Privacy & Security

We collect, store, and process user information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. By using Farmitra, you consent to our data handling practices including analytics, personalization, AI-based recommendations, and communication for service improvement.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, design elements, AI models, and content within Farmitra are the intellectual property of Aliyar Greens Private Limited. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any content without prior written consent.

6. Third-Party Services

Farmitra may integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, or data providers. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy, or security. Your use of such services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

Farmitra services, insights, and data are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we strive for accuracy, Aliyar Greens Private Limited makes no warranties regarding precision, timeliness, or completeness of any crop recommendations, data analytics, or advisory content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Under no circumstances shall Aliyar Greens Private Limited, its affiliates, or employees be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages — including loss of yield, income, or data — resulting from your use of the Farmitra platform.

9. Mobile App Usage & Updates

Farmitra’s mobile apps may require periodic updates to maintain functionality and security. You consent to receive and install such updates automatically. Failure to install updates may result in limited functionality or security risks.

10. Termination of Access

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or misuse the platform. You may discontinue use and delete your account at any time. Upon termination, associated data may be archived or deleted as per policy.

11. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gautam Buddha Nagar, Uttar Pradesh, India.

12. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Aliyar Greens Private Limited, its affiliates, and partners from any losses or claims resulting from your breach of these Terms or misuse of Farmitra.

13. Modifications & Effective Date

We may modify or update these Terms periodically. Continued use of Farmitra after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
